The Episcopal Collegiate Middle School program is rich, challenging, and fast-paced. The program focuses on the development of the emerging young adolescent. It is a comprehensive program that maintains a deliberate and careful balance of traditional and innovative teaching methods.
Faculty members strive to encourage student creativity, while concentrating on skill development and supporting students in risk-taking and personal growth. Throughout the disciplines, teachers emphasize problem solving, creativity, innovation, and critical thinking skills.
While we do embrace a rigorous course of study, we also have an extensive extracurricular program of athletics and fine arts. Character education is integrated throughout the curriculum and reinforced daily in chapel.
