New Student Enrollment Fee: A one-time fee of $1,500 will be charged to each new student in grades 6 through 8 and $500 for all other grades. This fee is payable along with tuition according to the payment plan selected.

*The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to the tuition obligation and is due March 31, 2019, or no later than 15 days after submission of the Enrollment Agreement for new students.

**A nominal cost of funds charge is included in the semester and monthly payment amounts.

12 Month Option: Families with students in grades PreK-3 - 5th grade may enroll in the 12-month option. Uniquely created for dual career families, this option includes tuition for the school year, plus full time after school care and enrollment in the full-time summer day camp. Additionally, supervised activities during many school holidays are also included. Please contact the Admissions Office for a full calendar of days covered.

Episcopal Collegiate School is excited to announce a 12-month programming option that will provide a combination of school, Wildcat Club, and Discovery Day Camp for our families beginning August 2020. We understand the increased need among our families for year-round engagement and childcare options. Episcopal’s new 12-month program will be available for families with children in rising PreK-3 through rising 5th grade. The 12-month option will bundle the school year tuition, Wildcat Club, and a single fee for the entire summer of Discovery Day Camp into one payment. Also, many school holidays will have supervised activities scheduled for those who enroll in the 12-month option. By bundling the program costs, families will save over 30% of the regular Wildcat Club and summer program fees. 

Additional school year days during the 2020/2021 will include:

• Fall Break - October 16 and 19
• Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving Break - November 23 and 24
• Four days of Christmas Break - December 28 - 31
• Winter Break - February 12 and 15
• Spring Break - March 22-26
• Monday of Easter Break - April 5

Payment Options: The following options are available for payment of after school care fees.

Semester Payment Option: The semester rate is offered at a significant discount from the daily rate. In addition, services are also included for parent teacher conference days. In order to qualify for the semester rate, payment must be received by the dates below:

Fall Semester Payment Due: September 30, 2020
Spring Semester Payment Due: January 29, 2021

Monthly Payment Option: Families will be charged based on actual attendance at the rates reflected in the table above.

Late Pick-Up Fees: The Wildcat Club After School Program is staffed until 6:00 p.m. each day that school is in session. Students who are not picked up by that time will be subject to a late fee of $20 for each 30 minutes or fraction thereof.

Teacher Conference Days: Only those students enrolled in the Semester Payment Option are eligible to attend Wildcat Club on parent conference days. There will be no drop in rate available on teacher conference days; however, parents may use the Wildcat Club at no cost while the parent(s) are in a teacher conference on campus.
