Annual Fund

The 2009-2010 Annual Fund Drive was a HUGE success, thanks to our wonderful school community! We raised over $311,000, surpassing our goal! Our fabulous Co-Chairs were parents from each school: Karen Cline and Lynne Franks - Lower School; Wendy and Casey Jones - Middle School; and Cathy and Alex Jordan - Upper School! Your support means a great deal to Episcopal Collegiate, and we couldn't have made our goal without YOU! Let’s make 2010-2011 even better! Please, contact any of these parents or call Carrie Harcourt at 978-4421 if you would like to volunteer.

For the 2008-2009 Annual Fund Drive, our theme was Episcopal Collegiate School...Where Life is Good!  Our donors proved how true that is!  Life is good at Episcopal Collegiate and we have all of our donors to thank!  More than $212,000 was received in pledges and gifts with many thanks going out to our amazing Annual Fund Co-Chairs:  Traci Braunfisch and Russ McDonough.  Along with our class representatives, they helped make this year a great one.  A special pat on the back goes out to the Faculty, Staff and Administration, whose total gifts DOUBLED in size this year!

The 2007-2008 Annual Fund Drive was a great success thanks to all of our families and friends that chose to Be the ONE!  It just takes ONE gift to make a difference and we are thankful for your gift.  More than $275,000 was received in pledges and gifts and we attribute this accomplishment to our enthusiastic Annual Fund Co-Chairs: Julia Sunde and Penny Wilbourn.    Together, with the support of more than 20 class reps, we were able to achieve our goal of $275,000.

For the 2006-2007 Annual Fund Drive, it was “Back to the Basics…Back to the ABC’s” which referenced A for Academics, B for Library Books, and C for Community.  Over 300 donors made gifts to the campaign.  We received 100% participation from the Faculty, Staff, Administration, Board of Trustees, Foundation Board of Directors, and 54% parent participation. Under the steadfast leadership of our two Co-Chairs Lynn Staten and Mark Davis, over $275,000 was raised!

With the help of over 300 donors, our 2005-2006 Annual Fund Drive was a tremendous success. The original goal of $225,000 was exceeded and OVER $254,000 was raised to benefit the arts and athletic programs of Episcopal Collegiate. We were very thankful for our anonymous matching donor, who graciously agreed to increase his match to $250,000. Together, the individual gifts plus the matching donor’s gift totaled OVER $504,000!
We achieved 100 percent participation from the Episcopal Collegiate School Faculty, Staff, and Administration, and Board of Trustees, as well as the Foundation Board of Directors for the second consecutive year!  We would like to thank our amazing Co-Chairs:  Ray Bell, Cheryl Hearnsberger, Tom Jones and Cathy Lanier!

Our 2004-2005 Annual Fund Drive for technology was very successful. The Episcopal Collegiate School community raised over $206,000 and, with the overwhelming generosity of our matching donors Jon Jacoby and his wife, the late Caroline Jacoby, the total raised was over $400,000! We were also proud to announce that for the first time, 100 percent participation was achieved by the Episcopal Collegiate School Faculty, Staff, and Administration, Board of Trustees and the Foundation Board of Directors. Way to “GO TECHNO!”  We are very grateful for the hard work, dedication and leadership provided by our four Co-Chairs:  Dr. David Brockman, Robin Davis, Leslie Lee and Rick Murphy.

The 2003-2004 Annual Fund Drive was very successful, raising over $136,000 for two buses. The success was due to the generosity of over 141 parents, 47 faculty, staff, and administration members, and 21 friends and grandparents.  We appreciate the leadership of Druann Baskin and Randy Mourot to blaze the trail on one of our first Annual Fund Drives.

In 2002-2003, the first Annual Fund Drive raised almost $60,000 for the Middle and Upper Schools. These funds provided great assistance to the operating budget of the schools.
