The Parents’ Auxiliary volunteers make a difference in the quality of school life for faculty, staff, and students by providing both volunteer labor and monetary donations. Below are the activities in which parent volunteers can become involved. Please take a few moments to look through the list. Athletic Awards Banquets – Middle School: April 16, 2008; Upper School: April 23, 2008. Help create a special celebration of our Wildcat sports teams with the annual recognition banquets. (Contact Greer Grace or Lisa McNeir)

Fine Arts Support Group – Provide refreshments and general support at performances by the orchestra, choir, and percussion group, as well as all plays and art shows. (Contact Susan Schoessel)

Fourth Box and Art Auction – March 8, 2008. Boxed treasures! Art! Food! Drink! Numerous volunteer opportunities are available. The committee also welcomes donations for its silent auction and live auction. (Contact Becky Scott)

Gate and Concession Stand – Support the Wildcats by filling volunteer shifts at the concession stand, admission gate, etc. (Contact Bill Whitmore)

Homecoming Tailgate – Nov. 2, 2007. Help decorate for this annual football tradition. (Contact Cathy Lanier or Lynn Sullivan)

Hospitality – Serve as a greeter or provide refreshments for several Admission Open House events during the year. (Contact Julia Sunde)
 
Kroger Card Sales – Help promote the sale and use of Kroger grocery cards. (Contact Vicky Kessel or Rachel Smith)

Library – Assist the Middle and Upper School librarians with various projects. (Contact Rooney Chu)

Oktoberfest/Second Best Party and Sale – Oct. 11 and 13, 2007 – Contribute to the school and clean out your attic at the same time!  There are many opportunities to help at the Preview Party and on the day of the sale.  (Contact Beth Cousins or Gena Gregory)

Parent Ambassadors – Help greet new school families and provide information and support as they transition to the Episcopal Collegiate Community.  (Contact Julia Sunde)

Race for the Cure – Oct. 20, 2007 and Little Rock Marathon – March 2, 2008. Be a part of the Episcopal Collegiate team of volunteers. (Contact Claire Hancock or Chris Strauss)

Teacher Appreciation – Provide refreshments and other treats for faculty and staff throughout the school year. (Contact Kim Battle or Penny Wilbourn)

Used Uniform – Help plan and implement the collection and sale of gently used school uniforms. (Contact Joy Noble)
