All automobiles transporting students must be registered and display an Episcopal Collegiate automobile sticker. Other vehicles should receive a visitor’s pass. The school reserves the right to limit student automobiles for reasons of parking space and safety. Licensed students are permitted to drive automobiles and motorcycles to school. To have the privilege of driving any motorized vehicle, the student must complete a registration form provided by the school and receive a parking permit. Please refer to the Community Handbook for more information regarding student vehicle parking and carpool information.
All dress uniforms and daily wear clothing must be purchased through The Toggery or the School’s used uniform inventory. Click here to review the dress code policy for Middle and Upper School students.
The Toggery would like to offer two promotions for Episcopal Collegiate families. Please make sure you let them know about the special offers.
1. June 1st-August 31st, they are offering $5 off any pair of uniform shoes.
2. All uniform pieces for the month of June will receive 10% off.
Episcopal Collegiate School has continued its partnership with Follett Virtual Bookstores to provide textbooks for the school year. The school has worked with Follett to source and stock the exact edition of the books we use in classes this year. Follett is the only bookstore with a relationship to the school. Below are some important resources for parents and students to find textbooks assigned to classes, order textbooks online, answer important Follett questions, and view details on book rentals.
2018-2019 Textbooks by grade levels:
The virtual bookstore offers new books along with money-saving used books they bought back from Episcopal Collegiate families at the end of the last school year. Follett also offers textbook rental on selected titles. Rental books are typically half the price of purchasing the new edition. Limited books may also be available in digital format – look for digital textbooks on the Follett website where available.
Follett ships all orders from their warehouse the same or next business day via FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available, but it is best to order early for the best used book selection.
If you require assistance ordering books, or have a question with your order, call Follett’s customer service line at 877-827-2665. Follett accepts returns on books 30 days from your order date or 30 days from the start of classes, whichever is later. See their website for additional information.
Ninth technology training occurs as part of freshmen orientation in the Upper School. If you are new student and need technology training or have any questions regarding technology, please contact Don Stalls at email@example.com.
