New Student Enrollment Fee: A one-time fee of $1,000 will be charged to each new student in grades 6 through 8 and $500 for all other grades. This fee is payable along with tuition according to the payment plan selected.
*The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to the tuition obligation and is due March 9, 2018, or no later than 15 days after submission of the Enrollment Agreement for new students.

Payment Options: The following options are available for payment of after school care fees.
Semester Payment Option: The semester rate is offered at a significant discount from the daily rate. In addition, services are also included for parent teacher conference days. In order to qualify for the semester rate, payment must be received by the dates below:
Fall Semester Payment Due: September 30, 2018
Spring Semester Payment Due: January 31, 2019
Monthly Payment Option: Families will be charged based on actual attendance at the rates reflected in the table above.
Late Pick-Up Fees: The Wildcat Club After School Program is staffed until 6:00 p.m. each day that school is in session. Students who are not picked up by that time will be subject to a late fee of $20 for each 30 minutes or fraction thereof.
Teacher Conference Days: Only those students enrolled in the Semester Payment Option are eligible to attend Wildcat Club on parent conference days. There will be no drop in rate available on teacher conference days; however, parents may use the Wildcat Club at no cost while the parent(s) are in a teacher conference on campus.

Tuition Protection CoverageThe Enrollment Agreement legally obligates the family for payment of the full year's tuition after June 30. Tuition Protection Coverage will pay some or all of the remaining tuition obligation in the event that it is necessary for a student to withdraw from Episcopal Collegiate School.
