After School Care
After-school care is available for all early childhood, Lower, and Middle School students until 6 p.m. In Episcopal's after-school care, children in grades PreK-3 through 5 enjoy snacks, free time, and planned activities oriented to their grade level. Activities may include crafts, games, dramatic play, songs, and outside play.
Wildcat Club After-School care is available Monday through Friday, beginning at school dismissal and ending at 6 p.m. The program runs throughout the school year, beginning on the first day of school.
Students will be grouped by grade level in the afterschool program. Students will follow the same guidelines they do during the day which includes mask wearing indoors and social distancing.
Students can register for the semester or monthly plan as detailed below. We will also offer daily drop-ins as needed. If a student is not picked up by 3:45pm, that student will be taken to Wildcat Club and you will be charged the daily rate via FACTS.
Our fee structure for the three options is below:
Semester Plan - $900 per semester
Represents 33% discount from daily rates at full usage
Averages about $10.60 per day
Monthly Plan - Differs by month depending on number of days
Represents 20% discount from daily rates at full usage
August and December - $125
September, October and November - $225
Will be billed monthly
Auto renewed each month unless a family opts out via an email to Business Office
Opting out is allowed at the end of the month, no partial month billing/refunds
Daily Drop-In Rate
Hourly rate of $8.50 with a daily max of $17
Hourly charge will begin when student is checked into Wildcat Club

Middle and Upper School After Care
For students in 6th grade and up, a supervised study hall is available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Throughout the school year, Episcopal offers a number of extracurricular classes that students can sign up for on a first-come, first-served basis. Some of the classes we currently offer in the Lower School include Wee Little Arts, Kids Cook!, Theater and Acting, Taekwondo, Tumbling, Yoga, and Contemporary Ballet.
