Update on Summer at the E!: Discovery Day Camp, Enrichment Camps, & Sports Camps:

We had previously announced a potential June 15 start date for Discovery Day Camp and a July 6 date for other camps. With the recent rise in the state’s COVID-19 positivity rate (now above 6.5%), we do not feel it would be wise to host any summer camps. While we are confident in our ability to abide by the guidelines set forth by the Department of Health regarding summer camps, the higher than anticipated positivity rate at this time means that no matter how well we minimize the exposure in a school environment, our campers and staff will be exposed to higher levels of infection in the community. Given the length of the camp day, the frequency of being in enclosed spaces, and the challenges associated with maintaining physical distancing and other mitigation strategies with this age group, we feel the prudent move is to continue to do our part in supporting the mitigation efforts of our State by reducing the opportunity for community spread.

We are excited to share with you the 2020 Episcopal Collegiate Summer at the E offerings and look forward to having fun and learning with your children this summer!

Our enrichment and athletic camp offerings change each week throughout the summer. Most camps are split into morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) sessions. AM camps run from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and PM camps run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A select few camps have slightly different time frames. These camps are focused in areas like sports, games, art, music, movement, technology, and science. Before registering, please take a quick look at our policies and camp information in the drop-down menu on the right.

To learn more and begin the registration process, please click the “register here” button on this page. On the programs page, please choose the view button for Summer @ the E 2020. You may begin the registration process and use the filters provided to sort camps. The easiest way to sort through the camps is by choosing "rising grade," and then "type of camp" (enrichment or athletic camp). To view the camp description, please click on the title of the camp. This will open a small text box with the description. To select a camp, click on the "add" button. This will add it to your selections cart at the top right of the registration page. Some camps may require you to fill out supplemental forms. You will be prompted to do so as you go through the registration process.

A $50 deposit for each camp is required at the time of registration. Payment by credit card and payment plans are options. You will have the ability to log in and pay your remaining balance at any time up until three business days prior to the start date of your camp. At that point, the remaining balance will be charged automatically. If you register for a camp after May 27, 2020, the full price must be paid at the time of registration.

Registration for each camp closes five days prior to the beginning of camp. If the camp is full, you will be automatically added to the waitlist. If you are added to a waitlist, a deposit is not required at the time of registration. If a spot becomes available you will be contacted by camp staff.

Discovery Day Camp will run from June 1 to August 7, 2020. Camp begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Click here for a Discovery Day Camp schedule. The 2020 Discovery Day Camp weekly themes are:
