Mayor Frank Scott Junior to Visit Episcopal Collegiate School
On Tuesday, September 24 at 9:20 a.m., Episcopal Collegiate School will welcome Little Rock Mayor, Frank Scott Junior. Mayor Scott will be addressing students and faculty in our daily chapel exercises.
Mayor Scott visited the Episcopal Collegiate Lower School last May, to visit with students and faculty in their classrooms. Though a specific topic was not discussed amongst the students and Mayor Scott, the energizing conversations revolved around the topics of government and community involvement. According to his biography on the City of Little Rock's webpage, Mayor Scott's passion is focused "giving back to the City that invested in him and reminding young people regularly that values are the foundation of a purpose-filled life."
Mayor Scott was elected as the City's 73rd mayor on December 4, 2018. Scott leads the Little Rock community, not only as Mayor but as an educational supporter, youth pastor, and mentor.
All are welcome, we look forward to seeing you there!
