Discovery Camp Tuition and Fees

Full-Day:

• 7:30 AM-6:00 PM

Half-Day:

• Morning: 7:30 AM-1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00-6:00 PM

Add-ons:

• Episcopal Collegiate School offers a $25.00 Before Care add-on option and a $25.00 After Care add-on option if you enroll in a morning or afternoon Enrichment Camp and need to either drop off early or pick up late.
• Before care covers your child from 7:30 AM-9:00 AM
• After Care covers your child from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
• Students enrolled in both a morning and afternoon Summer @ the E! athletic or enrichment camp at the Lower School may stay on campus for a supervised lunch and free-play hour from 12:00–1:00 PM at no additional cost.

Tuition and Fees:

• Full-day Discovery Camp tuition: $280.00 (per week)
• Half-day Discovery Camp tuition: $175.00 (per week)
• Late pick-up fee, see below in pick-up information.
• Camp fees will not be prorated to accommodate partial attendance for any camp.
• Tuition of Enrichment Camps vary.

Payment Methods
Credit cards, debit cards, or e-checks to be paid online are required to complete your camp registration.

Refund Policy
Episcopal Collegiate School requires a minimum enrollment of 5 campers (depending on the camp). Registered families will be notified at least three (3) days prior to the camp starting date in the event of a cancellation. In the event Episcopal cancels a program, families may switch to a different summer program and apply the tuition amount toward the balance, or families may request a refund. Please contact the Director of Auxiliary Programs via email at summer@episcopalcollegiate.org.

Refunds for camp withdraw:

• Refunds will be issued for withdrawal request received thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled program. Refunds will not be issued for any withdrawals received within thirty (30) days of the scheduled program. Please note: Camp fees will not be prorated to accommodate partial attendance for any camp.

If, after a camp has begun, it becomes apparent that the Summer Program staff has not been made aware of specific medical, behavioral, or emotional needs that cannot be accommodated by our staff, or if the camper is uncooperative with instructors or a detriment to other students, the camper may be removed from any current or future camp that she/he may be registered to attend without refund.

Discovery Camp Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop-Off
Discovery Camp will meet and dismiss at the Lower School South entrance (near LS Gym) of Episcopal Collegiate School, 1701 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Pick-Up
Students participating in half-day morning Discovery Camp should be picked up by 1:00 PM in the cafeteria of the Lower School.

Students participating in half-day afternoon Discovery Camp should be picked up by 6:00 PM in their designated classroom or the playground/gym of the Lower School.

Students participating in full-day Discovery Camp should be picked up by 6:00 PM in their designated classroom or the playground/gym of the Lower School.

If your child has not been picked up within 15 minutes of the designated end time of the purchased camp, you will be billed a late fee for that day of $25.00 for each 15-minute increment thereof.

Enrichment Camp Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop-Off

• All Enrichment Camps meet and dismiss at Episcopal Collegiate School Lower School Campus, 1701 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72201.
• Students participating in morning Enrichment Camps should be dropped off at the location of their camp between 8:45 and 8:55 AM and should immediately check-in with the instructor of the camp.
• If your child is participating in a morning camp and you chose to add on Before Care you may drop off your child inside the Lower School in the Before Care/After Care areas (gym, cafeteria, playground, designated classroom) any time between 7:30 AM and 8:55 AM and check in with a staff member on duty.
• Students participating in afternoon camps should be dropped off at the location of their camp between 12:45 and 12:55 PM and should immediately check-in with the instructor of the camp.

Pick Up

• Campers must be picked up from morning Enrichment Camps at 12:00 PM at the location of the camp if not attending Discovery Day Camp or an afternoon Enrichment Camp.
• Campers must be picked up from afternoon Athletic and Enrichment camps at 4:00 PM at the location of their camp.
• If your child is participating in an afternoon camp and you chose to add-on After Care, your child must be picked up by 6:00 PM in the aftercare area (gym and/or playground) of the Lower School.

Bella's Kitchen and Wellness Lunches

We are thrilled to offer a lunch option from Bella's Kitchen and Wellness. Lunches from Bella's Kitchen and Wellness will be $7.99 and include an entree, choice of side, choice of drink, and choice of dessert.

Parents, you can order from the portal, linked here. You will need to sign up with your name and email address, and select "Episcopal Collegiate School - Summer at the E!".

We’re excited to announce that Bella's Kitchen and Wellness is offering delicious lunch options for our campers this year with an expanded menu:

• Daily Hot Lunch Entrées – $6.50
• Bento Boxes (variety of options) – $6.50
• Cold Sandwiches with Baby Carrots – $6.50
• Grilled Wraps with Baby Carrots– $6.50
• In-House Made Pizzas with Baby Carrots – $6.99
• You can also customize your meal with add-ons like drinks ($0.65) and fruit or desserts (prices vary).

Parents, ordering is easy! Simply visit the portal, sign up with your name and email address, and select "Episcopal Collegiate School - Summer at the E!" to get started. Additionally, if you utilized this option last summer your account is automatically in the system. 

Lunches from Home

Parent(s) or guardian(s) should provide their student(s) lunch whether from home or via Bella's Kitchen.

Age REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3 years olds who are enrolled at Episcopal Collegiate School for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and turn 3 by May 1, 2026. Additionally, they are required to be fully potty trained, including nap time. Please see the toilet training policy, linked here. 

• All campers (Episcopal and non Episcopal students) ages 4 and up.  

Clothing

All children should come dressed appropriately for camp. Arts and crafts camps might require old clothing that can be stained. Athletic camps and Discovery Day Camp will require closed-toed shoes. Preschoolers and kindergartners are advised to bring one change of clothes.

Sun and Heat Safety

• If your child is sensitive to the sun, please send him/her with sunscreen already on and provide additional sunscreen in his/her backpack.
• All campers are required to bring a water bottle with them to camp each day.
• A hat may be useful during outdoor activities.
• Please label all belongings!
• On days of extreme heat and or humidity, our teachers and coaches will determine how much time will be spent outside to ensure the safety of all.

Medication and Allergy Alert

If your child requires medication or has allergy concerns, it is important to complete the medical information at least one week before the first day of camp. Only specific personnel are permitted to administer medication, and only with proper paperwork. If your child requires medication during camp hours, please contact Izzy Jackson, Director of Auxiliary Programs, at summer@episcopalcollegiate.org.

Additionally, if your child has any medical conditions that may restrict their ability to full participate in camp activities, please contact the director prior to signing up for camp so that we can ensure we have the staff and/or training to handle your child with the best quality of care.

Illness

If your child develops an illness or fever during camp time, you will be contacted and asked to pick up your child as soon as possible. Campers need to be fever free for 24 hours before returning to camp.

Behavior

We expect all campers to behave respectfully and kindly in interactions with their instructors and peers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Episcopal Collegiate may result in dismissal. In the event of a dismissal, tuition will not be refunded.
