After School Care
After-school care is available for all early childhood, Lower, and Middle School students until 6 p.m. In Episcopal's after-school care, children in grades PreK-3 through 5 enjoy snacks, free time, and planned activities oriented to their grade level. Activities may include crafts, games, dramatic play, songs, and outside play.
Wildcat Club After-School care is available Monday through Friday, beginning at school dismissal and ending at 6 p.m. The program runs throughout the school year, beginning on the first day of school.
Wildcat Club Fall 2020 Plans
In an effort to minimize exposure across cohorts and manage staffing, we will modify the structure of Wildcat Club for the first semester. During the school day students will be separated by class, but we will only be able to group by grade level in the after-school program. Please know that we will take great care to keep close contact to a minimum in both scenarios.
Students can register for the semester or monthly plan as detailed below. There will be no more daily drop-ins in Wildcat Club for the foreseeable future. Suspending daily drop-ins in Wildcat Club will allow us to better predict our staffing needs, accommodate appropriate social distancing, as well as contact trace more accurately if needed.
Our fee structure for the two options is below:
Semester Plan - $900 per semester
Represents 33% discount from daily rates at full usage
Averages about $10.60 per day
Monthly Plan - Differs by month depending on number of days
Represents 20% discount from daily rates at full usage
August and December - $125
September, October and November - $225
Will be billed monthly
Auto renewed each month unless a family opts out via an email to Business Office
Opting out is allowed at the end of the month, no partial month billing/refunds
We still plan to have an engaging and robust after-school program, but do want you to be aware of how the cohort isolation will differ from the school day. We plan to take each student’s temperature before joining others from the grade in Wildcat Club. We also plan for parents to call the Wildcat Club phone number at the end of the day and students will be escorted to their parents’ car, rather than parents walking in the building to check out their children.
If you would like to opt in for either the semester or monthly plan for Wildcat Club, please complete this form.

Middle and Upper School After Care
For students in 6th grade and up, a supervised study hall is available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Throughout the school year, Episcopal offers a number of extracurricular classes that students can sign up for on a first-come, first-served basis. Some of the classes we currently offer in the Lower School include Wee Little Arts, Kids Cook!, Theater and Acting, Taekwondo, Tumbling, Yoga, and Contemporary Ballet. For more information or questions about Super Sessions, please contact Emma Daily at email@example.com.
