Get Involved at Episcopal Collegiate!
Episcopal Collegiate School is fortunate to have a thriving parents association that makes our community strong. All parents and guardians are automatically members of the Parents' Auxiliary and are encouraged to attend a monthly meeting and get involved. Involvement in the Parents' Auxiliary is a great way to engage in the life and spirit of our Episcopal Collegiate Community.
The Parents' Auxiliary is looking forward to a fun-filled and productive 2018-2019 school year. By hosting events such as the Family Watermelon Supper, Wildcat Round-Up Lower School Fall Festival, Homecoming Tailgate Party, and Little Rock Marathon Support Station, our organization contributes to the sense of community on campus.
An important and unique service that the Parents' Auxiliary sponsors is the program of monthly Parent Roundtable meetings – one for lower school parents and one for parents of middle/upper school-aged children. Mediated by Ken Clark, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, the roundtables are an opportunity for parents to exchange ideas on a wide range of parenting topics. We strongly encourage you to attend at least one meeting to share in this invaluable network of seasoned parents.
Be on the lookout for future announcements of events and services hosted by the Parents' Auxiliary. We are continually working on ways to enhance campus life for students, parents, and faculty.
Join the Episcopal Collegiate Parents' Auxiliary for Moms and Mimosas on Friday, August 24 from 8:00 am - 10:00 am at the home of Josie Staggs (1906 Beechwood). Going to the gym or headed to the office? We invite you to "come as you are!" The event cost is $20 and all proceeds will go back to the Episcopal Parents' Auxiliary. Let us know you're coming by signing up here, or you can purchase a ticket at the door.

Since the income is contributed to the general budget to benefit all Episcopal students, we are asking all families to sign up to volunteer for a shit or two by Friday, August 17. Beginning Monday, August 20, the school will assign any unfilled shifts with up to two shifts per family of fall sports participants who have not yet had a chance to choose their shifts.
You may always trade your shift and make the change on Sign-Up Genius, no sweat and no need to contact anyone other than the person who is taking your shift! We just ask the family whose name is originally on each shift to be responsible for serving or finding their own replacement to serve. Sign-Up Genius will send you a confirmation e-mail for your calendar, and will follow-up with a reminder two (2) days before your shift. Students may sign-up for shifts to earn Community Service Hours; however, you must be 16 years of age to work without an adult. In addition, due to the small confines of the concession stand area, we ask that no more than two students of any age be in the work are at any given time.
Please, when possible, sign up for the earliest calendar dates first.
The Parents' Auxiliary sponsors events and programs throughout the year to support our wonderful students and school, and none of it happens without the support of our parents! At the links below, please review the list of volunteer needs for the year and sign up to help. Thank you!
Watermelon Supper and Fall Sports Kick-Off!
Our annual tradition continues when the school community comes out for our fall sports kickoff with our popular Watermelon Supper, which will be held on Friday, September 7, at 5:00 pm on the Wildcat Football Field. We hope all of our Wildcat Families -- from every school in every grade -- will join us as we kick off our school year with our annual event. We're going to be serving up hot dogs, watermelon and Wildcat Fun!
