We are excited to share with you the 2018 Episcopal Collegiate Summer at the E offerings and look forward to having fun and learning with your children this summer!

Our enrichment and athletic camp offerings change each week throughout the summer. Most camps are split into morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) sessions. AM camps run from 9:00 am to noon, and PM camps run from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. A select few camps have slightly different time frames. These camps are focused in areas like sports, games, art, music, movement, technology, and science. Before registering, please take a quick look at our policies and camp information in the drop-down menu on the right.

To learn more and begin the registration process, please click the “register here” button on this page. You may begin the registration process and use the filters provided to sort camps. The easiest way to sort through the camps is by choosing "rising grade," and then "type of camp" (enrichment or athletic camp). To view the camp description, please click on the title of the camp. This will open a small text box with the description. To select a camp, click on the "add" button. This will add it to your selections cart at the top right of the registration page. Some camps may require you to fill out supplemental forms. You will be prompted to do so as you go through the registration process.

A $50 deposit for each camp is required at the time of registration. Payment by credit card and payment plans are options. You will have the ability to log in and pay your remaining balance at any time up until three business days prior to the start date of your camp. At that point, the remaining balance will be charged automatically. If you register for a camp after May 25, 2018, the full price must be paid at the time of registration.

Registration for each camp closes five days prior to the beginning of camp. If the camp is full, you will be automatically added to the waitlist. If you are added to a waitlist, a deposit is not required at the time of registration.

Discovery Day Camp will run from June 4 to August 3, 2018. Camp begins at 7:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm. The Discovery Day Camp theme is “STEAMING at the E!"
