Get Involved

As a parent or guardian of an Episcopal student, you are automatically a member of the Parents' Auxiliary. The Auxiliary meets quarterly and is organized into councils that support key areas of campus life. Through events like the Watermelon Kick-Off, Wildcat Roundup, Middle School Madness, the Biennial Auction, and efforts of the Spirit Committee, the Parents' Auxiliary plays a vital role in building community and enhancing the Episcopal experience for all!

What We Do

Watermelon Kick-Off

September 5 | Help us welcome new and returning families to campus by volunteering at our annual Watermelon Kick-off. This fun, casual event is a celebration of fall sports and is a great way to connect with our community.

Wildcat Roundup

October 8 | Wildcat Roundup is a festive fall Lower School tradition filled with western themed games, snacks, a petting zoo, and lots of family fun. Volunteers help bring the event to life through planning, setup, and on-the-day support.

Teacher Appreciation

Monthly | Show your gratitude for our incredible faculty and staff by joining the Teacher Appreciation Committee. Volunteers help organize meals, treats, and thoughtful gestures throughout the year.

Middle School Madness

Spring Semester | Middle School Madness is a student-favorite event filled with snacks, photo ops, and friendly competition. Volunteers help create a safe and lively environment for our 6th–8th graders to enjoy time together in the Quad.

Used Uniforms / UpCyclers

The Used Uniform Committee helps collect, organize, and sell gently worn Episcopal uniforms at discounted prices to families. Volunteers assist with sorting donations throughout the year or repurposing items that aren't wearable.

Athletics / Concessions

Support Wildcat athletics throughout the year by volunteering in the concession stand or at the admissions gate during home games. It’s a fun and easy way to be part of the action and cheer on our teams!

a letter from the auxiliary president

Dear Episcopal Families,

It is a pleasure to serve this year as the Episcopal Collegiate School Parents’ Auxiliary President, and I want to welcome your family back to the Wildcat Community! Whether this is your first or fifteenth year at Episcopal, I'm so glad to be on this journey together.

As a parent at Episcopal since 2014, I can confidently say this is a truly special place for children to learn, grow, and thrive. The Parents’ Auxiliary plays an important role in strengthening the bonds between families and the broader school community through events and volunteer opportunities that span Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools.

We are excited for another year of meaningful connection, beginning with our school-wide Watermelon Kick-Off just before the first home football game on September 5, and continuing with events like the Wildcat Round-Up for our Lower School families on October 8—as well as many more chances to get involved throughout the year.

These events simply wouldn’t happen without the incredible support of our parent volunteers. We invite you to join or renew your involvement with the Parents’ Auxiliary in whatever way fits best for your family.

Please save the date for our first Auxiliary meeting on September 19 from 8:00–9:00 a.m. in the Upper School Library. You can also stay connected and up to date using this page and by following us on Instagram @episcopalcollegiateauxiliary.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic year ahead and can’t wait to see you around campus soon!

Warmly,
Amber Bagley
