Get Involved
As a parent or guardian of an Episcopal student, you are automatically a member of the Parents' Auxiliary. The Auxiliary meets quarterly and is organized into councils that support key areas of campus life. Through events like the Watermelon Kick-Off, Wildcat Roundup, Middle School Madness, the Biennial Auction, and efforts of the Spirit Committee, the Parents' Auxiliary plays a vital role in building community and enhancing the Episcopal experience for all!
Volunteers Needed
Parents' Auxiliary needs your help! In order to best support our coaches and staff and to positively represent our school, gate and concession volunteers are needed for all athletic events.
Used Uniforms
Join other parents interested in creatively repurposing used uniforms into useful items. Let's keep those old uniforms out of the landfill! Donated Items should be washed and packaged in clean bags before being dropped off in the bins located at the entrances of each division.
The Used Uniform Closets are always open and purchased items can be charged to your FACTS account.
2025 Auction
The auction, scheduled for February 22, 2025, serves as a vital fundraiser for our school community. The auction is the primary source of funding for the Parents’ Auxiliary for two years and provides essential grants for faculty professional development.
We hope you will join us for a fun "French-E" themed evening in the Lower School in support of our campus community!

A LETTER FROM THE auxiliary PRESIDENT
Dear Episcopal Parents,
It’s hard to believe this semester is drawing to a close. As we approach the holiday season and look toward the new year, I’d like to extend heartfelt thanks, on behalf of the Parents' Auxiliary, for making this year so memorable for everyone in the Episcopal Collegiate community.
Looking ahead, I hope you’ll mark your calendars and plan to join us at our biennial auction in the Lower School on February 22. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together in support of our school, and I can’t wait to see many of you there! In the meantime, I look forward to working alongside many of you at the concession stand and admission tables for winter sports.
Whether you have a lot of time to give or can only help occasionally, the Parents' Auxiliary would love to connect with you and find ways for you to get involved that fit your schedule.
